Ingredients

Water, Tomato, Zucchini, Chickpeas, Eggplant, Onion, Tomato Paste, Olive Oil, Starch, Parsley, Salt, Garlic, Cumin, Paprika, Spice (Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves and Nutmeg) and Coriander Leaves.

Cooking Instructions

Stove Top: Defrost the pouch. Pour contents into a pot and heat on low until hot. 2 tbsp of water can be added if desired.

Microwave: Place pouch inside the microwave for 5 minutes. Remove, shake and massage gently using oven mitts. Place pouch back flat in microwave for 1-3 minutes. Remove pouch when fully inflated.

Oven: Preheat oven to 150°C. Place the pouch on a tray on middle rack for 35 minutes. Remove pouch, shake & massage using oven mitts. Place pouch back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove pouch when fully inflated.
